Fui em muitos lugares gastei muito dinheiro e tempo e não consegui um óculos que eu pudesse usar ate que encontrei a Braz óptica. Eles são maravilhosos o medico muito paciente e explica tudo direitinho e nem preciso falar das meninas maravilhosas que me atenderam muitoooo bem obrigada Emily e a outra maravilhosa que infelizmente não perguntei o nome.Muito obrigada por me ajudar a enxergar melhor☺️

Que experiência incrível! Eu sou fã de óticas, mas a equipe dessa loja realmente superou todas as minhas expectativas! Desde o momento em que entrei, fui recebido com um atendimento impecável. A Eliane, a Paula e a Emily foram simplesmente maravilhosas – elas me ajudaram a encontrar os óculos perfeitos com tanta paciência e alegria que me senti em casa. Saí de lá não só com óculos excelentes, mas também com a certeza de que encontrei minha ótica de confiança! Com certeza vou recomendar a todos e já estou ansioso para voltar. Great service, really sympathetic people! Also if you need strong lenses like myself, they do a really good job to deliver the best material, worth every single penny, besides having beautiful frames! Love it

Visiting the eye doctor was always discomforting for me. Something about the process made me anxious and I avoided it at all costs for a good part of my life. This changed when I came to Braz Optical. A friend of mine had highly recommended them to me and I decided to give them a try. To my surprise, I had an awesome experience. The sales personnel were friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me find a great fit for my unique situation. During the time that I spent there, I noticed that they were very careful in making sure that every client there felt appreciated and satisfied with their choices. The doctor was especially nice. He took the time to know me and to address my concerns. I was amazed by the entire experience. Everything was very clean and organized. The staff was courteous. The selection of products are of the highest quality. I couldn’t be happier!

From the first day I came to the store they entrusted all the customers and they will be treated professionally and that they will be rightfully helped. four years later and I still love the outstanding customer service, the amount of professional doctors and the care they provide for everyone. I first got my contact lenses without knowing what to do but they patiently taught me everything and I feel knowledgeable about them now. definitely recommend! 🙂 - Ana Mendes
